Digital Downpour is a small I.T services company based in Cairns, Australia, which offers contract Web Development and I.T Support services. I have been designing commercial websites since 1999 . During this time I have seen the web go through many changes and gained extensive experience in XHTML, CSS, PHP and web standards based development.
