Digital Criterion was founded in 2003 by Micah Bergdale and Greg Valyer, both former Mac Geniuses from Apple Computer's retail stores. Micah and Greg started out with a very simple goal: provide quality support at a reasonable price that everyone can afford. The company was extremely successful at that goal and has now built branch offices in 10 states. Our general focus is to make technology work for small business and educational institutions, but we are not afraid to help those who are in need of help at home as well. Cross-platform integration is our strong suit, and we have worked with companies from around the country providing quality support for Macintosh and Windows technical issues.
