Digital Connextions Limited was founded to help solve the global skills crisis that is seeing continual growth in both job vacancies and unemployment, particularly youth unemployment. Our enterprise software helps organisations throughout the UK and Europe deliver government programmes across sectors including: • Employability, • Education and skills development, • Health and well-being, • Social justice and welfare reform. Our consumer app focuses on engaging the customers of these organisations, analysing the customer’s needs and empowering them and those who help them with the data and insights to transform their lives. Through increased engagement, we improve the ability of organisations to track and report on all aspects of an individual’s journey to work, giving instant visibility of issues and providing insight into where interventions should be targeted. Our profiling app, Hiryzr, was the first mobile tool designed for young people to capture, evidence and rate their achievements to help them uncover and validate their skillsets to be matched to available jobs, courses and training opportunities. A version of this product is used in every primary school in Scotland to help pupils learn about and evidence their soft skills development in alignment with Scotland’s Employability Framework. And this is only the start. We are continually optimising our skills gap analysis tool, matching algorithms and data reporting to create better insights, better matches and better lives.
