We are a GreenDeepTech startup from Berlin passionate about making packaging circular by design. We use the power of AI and digitalization to lightweight packaging and thus reduce material usage. Our holistic service makes packaging downgauging a low hanging fruit on the path to circularity: We take the existing packaging design and optimise it - within minutes - for weight, while maintaining or improving the performance of the packaging to always guarantee the best protection of the goods within. Our integrated Life Cycle Assessment ensures transparency about the related CO2 emissions reduction from the beginning. A digital twin of the packaging automatically tests and verifies the AI optimised design for production, transportation and use. Having selected the new packaging design, we also help with its implementation through the converter and accompany the process from further testing to line production. Our mission is to significantly contribute to the transition to circular packaging. Being impact driven we measure our success in tons of saved material and CO2 emissions (based on LCA of the optimised packaging).
