Difford's Guide is the home of Discerning Drinkers and one of the world's largest and most visited drinks websites, specialising in cocktails. Our audience is both trade and consumer. We help Discerning Drinkers discover what to drink and where to drink it. We publish impartial, in-depth and engaging content on cocktails, beers, spirits and liqueurs, as well as the best bars in which to enjoy them. Difford's Guide was founded by Simon Difford - a renowned and respected drinks expert who has been involved in the industry for over 25 years. In addition to our website we publish a series of books, including the much loved Difford's Guide to Cocktails, now on its 17th edition. We also have a creative arm which partners with drinks companies, providing photography, videography and design services.
