Canterbury Dietitians was established in 2008 by New Zealand Registered Dietitians, Leigh O'Brien and Liz Beaglehole with Maz Black joining the team in 2014 and becoming a partner in 2016. Leigh , Liz and Maz have over 40 years' experience between them, ranging from clinical dietetics in the hospital/rest home setting, to food service management, from food safety consulting to group nutrition education. Canterbury Dietitians is committed to improving the nutritional status of individuals through one on one counselling and group education sessions.
