The law firm was founded in 1999 by Prof. Dr. Alfred Dierlamm and is currently one of the nationwide leading firms in white collar crime. The partnership exclusively specialises in the field of criminal law. Apart from the defence of individuals, the firm offers legal counselling and representation to national and international enterprises in criminal investigation proceedings. Very important for the day-to-day counselling practice, especially for enterprises, is the precautionary counselling on criminal law to prevent criminal proceedings ("compliance"). A special focus is the legal representation of accredited professionals (auditors, tax accountants, lawyers, notary and physicians) in cases of disciplinary oversight, proceedings before the Court of Professional Conduct as well as in criminal investigations.
