Born and raised in the Dayton area, Matt and Mason had grown up hearing that Dayton was on the verge of a renaissance. Once they left college, they decided to quit waiting around and be the change themselves! The strategy was simple, if you invest in a building with historical significance to a passionate community, and add modern amenities while maintaining the timeless character, economic development will begin to stir. We hope that we can continue to implement our model of impact investing to maintain important pieces of history and stimulate the economies of local neighborhoods in the Dayton, Ohio area and beyond!
