Die-Sep is both the name of our business and the name of our primary product, the Die-Sep mold separator & tipper that is used by tool room technicians in injection molding plants. Built on the knowledge and experience of tool room managers, the Die-Sep has replaced the slowness, struggle and many of the dangers of opening molds with cranes, hammers, clamps and pry bars. Magnets mount the molds and hydraulics open, tip and close them. What takes 10 minutes to an hour to open or close a mold takes 90 seconds with a Die-Sep ... and it's so much safer than using an overhead crane, pry bars and hammers.
