Diamond Emotions was formed in January 2009 by Rick & Gerri Gouthro. While in college, Rick and Gerri went shopping for engagement rings and during this experience, Rick made a major decision in his life to pursue a career in the jewelry industry. Since 1976 through 2004, Rick was in the retail side of the business as a Store Manager, District manager and Director of Stores for a major corporation. In 1994, Rick made the decision to pursue a sales position for a major jewelry manufacturer of fine jewelry based in New York City. Within a short time, Rick was promoted to Vice President of sales and marketing. In January 2009, the opportunity presented itself to allow Rick and Gerri to create their own company, Diamond Emotions. Our company manufactures fine jewelry, focusing on the bridal area of the business. Our office is located in New York City as well as an office in Michigan. A great deal of devotion and care is put into the designs that we offer to our customers. We take pride in the quality and selection that we offer as well as the uniqueness of the designs.
