Dial-N-Document® has been developed on a platform that allows both flexibility and the capability to interface with other software. This is critically important because the ease of collection of field data is only part of the task businesses face. Touching that data a second time to re-key it into other areas of operation is time consuming and costly. With the Dial-N-Document ® system, once the data has been entered at the point of service by your field staff, it never has to be handled by your employees again. It can almost instantaneously be available both in our system’s reports as well as other software we can interface with seamlessly, such as your billing and payroll programs. Dial-N-Document® currently has such interfaces with multiple software companies and has embraced the concept of partnering with such entities. We actively seek “Value Added Reseller� arrangements with other companies. We will gladly explore being the time and attendance, data collection and communication devise for field staff for other companies. Arrangements whereby end users are totally unaware of our role in the business process can be readily accommodated. As an added incentive we do structure arrangements wherein companies that earned no revenue from field visits, now share those with Dial-N-Document ® via a partnering relationship while the end user enjoys a seamless front to back data collection system.
