Dhaka Stream Information

We are at a moment in time when news and the concept of facts have never been more contentious. Technology has come to the fore like never before, and it has been both a boon and a curse for public interest. The volume of information flowing over the airwaves is unprecedented, making it hard to sift information from disinformation. At this moment, Bangladesh too stands in the winds of profound change – politically, culturally and socially. Dhaka Stream is a news platform for this new era. Led by a team of experienced, professional, and tech-savvy young journalists, our promise is to deliver a brand of journalism that is objective, credible and in tune with the demands of the time. We seek to answer the questions that events pose, and do so in a manner rooted in robust journalistic ethics. Every piece of news we publish goes through a rigorous process of verification and fact-checking. Our work is informed by the past and rooted in the present, in the hope that we can help our readers ride the waves of the future. We want to build a media space that will shape the path of Bangladesh’s future. Welcome to Dhaka Stream.
