dfine.io is a review and collaboration platform for video teams. Upload a file, share it, collect frame-accurate comments, approve it. All in one place, without a second tool for the call and a third one for the stream. Every comment sits on its own frame, with drawing tools on top. Versions stack on a single file, so nobody hunts for the current one. Clients and freelancers open a share link and start working, no account and no install. Folder passwords, granular permissions and an exportable audit trail keep external sharing under control. Live sessions run inside the same app. Conferencing, real-time annotation on a live stream or on a render file, playback the moderator drives so everyone sits on the same frame. Latency in live sessions is in the 200 to 500 ms range, depending on network and client. The desktop application is where colorists notice the difference. It ingests straight from Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, no OBS and no hardware encoder, and it plays the signal back out over SDI or HDMI onto a local reference monitor. Color-accurate, frame-synced, without a dedicated box in the rack. The platform is hosted in the EU, in Frankfurt. Your contracting party is a German company, the audit log exports as a compliance report, and metadata is deleted after twelve months.
