Locally owned and operated Dexel Architecture Ltd. was co-founded by Nick LoPresti and Marianne Abboud in January 2014. The firm takes a workshop approach to each project, giving shape to initial concepts and preliminary designs. This approach assures the aesthetic appeal, sense of belonging to community, livability and comfort for each project. Always looking forward, Dexel Architecture is continually researching material and construction technologies for the best buildability and long term durability. Providing sustainable building solutions and respecting heritage, Dexel Architecture aims are creating landmark buildings with every project. Dexel Architecture carries out consultant management and coordination alongside managing the projects field functions and construction administration. Providing project leadership by conducting field reviews, continuous on site representation, attend site meetings, ordering and coordinating testing agencies and inspection. Dexel Architecture also aids in conducting take over procedures and commissioning post occupancy evaluations. Dexel Architecture uses ArchiCAD BIM software to virtually building its projects in 3D containing all material specific information. Using this leading edge software the studio is able to ensure the initial concept to be visualized and verified at all times during the design process. It all assures that the technical documents & drawing produce are 100% faithful to the initial intents and visions.
