Clasen's European Bakery was established in 1957 when Ralf and Ernst Clasen arrived from Germany. Together, the brothers applied their bread baking knowledge and talent to create All Natural Artisan Sourdough Breads. Forty Seven Years later our family owned business continues the tradition.
