Devon Dens Information

Warm welcome complete with excellently equipped kitchen and bookshelves, cosy fire and lovely walks/beaches within a short drive. Hard to fault really, especially when operating during such tricky COVID times. Thanks Jo for creating a little oasis of magic. We stayed at Devon's Den in September and it was the best short holiday we have had. The Den we stayed in had everything we needed! We cooked outside and enjoyed the stars and peaceful sounds of the stream. We met our neighbors and the children played running around the beautiful land Jo was fantastic at helping us during our stay and we can't recommend this place highly enough The grounds are idyllic, beautiful and so peaceful, our grandchildren (12 and 14 year olds) and dogs loved it. In fact we loved the whole experience so much that when we got home, we booked to return again. If you are looking to switch off and de-stress Devon Dens is the absolutely perfect place to go to. Thank you Jo and Ben, you have succeeded in providing the most amazingly peaceful retreat imaginable Fantastic place to retreat to and spend uninterrupted time with family. Loved it. Thank you Jo for the lovely stay, the five of us and the dog had so much fun! The stream was a wonderful place to explore and the wilderness around us made for a perfect setting. We BBQ'd all but one meal over the five nights....I was in my element! We made special memories and will definitely be back again A friend and I had the most amazing time in this beautiful cabin! The setting is perfect and the babbling brook and birdsong is the best soundtrack ever...Lots of blues guitar on the porch and by the fire! Will definitely return! Highly recommend this beautiful place I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Our stay was so much more than we could have hoped for. Our only regret is we didn't book for longer but we will definitely be back. This place is spot on if you are looking for a genuine eco getaway.
