I empower leaders and organizations to serve those most vulnerable and improve conditions for people and our planet. I help leaders or organizations become grounded, find stability, and build trust in order to grow together as a stronger unit. Impact leaders come to me with an ask, I help them define the origin of the ask, and then help achieve that ask while connecting the work to the guiding north star.
