Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. (DHP) është një kompani e regjistruar në Shqipëri, nën pronësi dhe e operuar prej kompanisë norvegjeze Statkraft AS. Në përputhje me një Marrëveshje Koncesioni të nënshkruar dhe miratuar nga Parlamenti Shqiptar në 2009, Devoll Hydropower ka ndërtuar dhe operon hidrocentralet e Banjës dhe Moglicës në kaskadën përgjatë Lumit Devoll, i cili ndodhet në pjesën jug-lindore të Shqipërisë. Kapaciteti total i instaluar i hidrocentraleve është rreth 269 MW. DHP ka zyrat e saj në Tiranë dhe Banjë dhe operon një Qendër për Informimin e Publikut pranë zyrave të HEC Banjë. -------------------- Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. (DHP) is an Albanian registered company, owned and operated by the Norwegian power company Statkraft AS. In line with a Concession Agreement signed and approved by the Albanian Parliament in 2009, Devoll Hydropower has implemented and is operating the Banja & Moglicë hydropower plants in cascade along the Devoll River, in southeast Albania. The total installed capacity of the hydropower plants is approx. 269 MW. DHP has its offices in Tirana and Banja, and also operates a Public Information Centre in the offices near Banja HPP.
