Devlandz is a consulting firm specializing in real estate pre-development and strategic urban planning, founded in Montreal in 2024 by Rami Ayoub, an urban planning professional. We support property owners, investors, real estate developers, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations from the earliest stages of their projects to assess feasibility, identify constraints, and unlock the full potential of a site, whether for development, redevelopment, sale, or acquisition. Our expertise includes feasibility studies and development potential analysis, urban planning and regulatory analysis, concept optimization and preliminary plans, 3D modeling and project visualization, the development of urban planning arguments, financial modeling and viability analysis, project planning, as well as municipal and strategic support throughout the pre-development process.
