Development Nous Ltd (DNL) specialises in land development matters. We offer a multi-disciplinary service with expertise in Surveying, Urban Design, Civil & Structural Engineering, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Consultation and Project Management. DNL has a strong studio and team culture. Our team of professionally qualified, highly skilled people provide a full range of services from project planning through to completed construction. DNL is made up of people from a diverse range of backgrounds who are free to be themselves and share views shaped by their identity and values. DNL was established in 2016 by Directors Karl Carew - Licenced Cadastral Surveyor and Matthew Holder - Principal Planner. With the addition of both Shanley Surveyors and Design Phase in 2022, DNL provide a wide variety of professional services in the development industry.
