Development Data Analytics (DDA) is an AI-native SaaS platform built for commercial real estate construction finance. DDA automates draw review, loan administration, covenant compliance monitoring, and contractor performance tracking — helping lenders, equity investors, and construction monitors process draw packages and underwrite and with greater confidence. DDA is built on real transaction data, enabling true portfolio-level comparisons across buildings, markets, and scopes of work. Incorporated in May 2022 by Founders Andrew Pandaleon and Kyle Beneventi. Following funding close in November 2023, the team — alongside CTO Scott Ancheta — undertook a deliberate, methodical build to a fully usable product, launching go-to-market efforts in January 2026. Based in New York. Early investors include Bob White, Founder of Real Capital Analytics, and Jeff Wilpon.
