Development Concepts, Inc. (DCI) is an Indianapolis, Indiana based planning and development services firm that bridges the gap between planning and development. Our team of developers, architects, and urban planners has crafted redevelopment solutions for the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Since 1991, DCI has worked with clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors to solve a variety of challenges in a diversity of locations. With our collective experience in the public and private sectors, DCI staff has a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and barriers surrounding local development objectives. DCI also leads numerous development initiatives through DC Development Group, its real estate development arm.
