Development 8 is a Dublin-based real estate investment firm with assets and operations across Europe. We manage a wide variety of investments with a particular focus on development, turn arounds and repositioning of management intensive assets. Over the years we have successfully seen through several hotel and leisure focused developments, large scale regional redevelopments, public-private partnerships, purpose built student apartments, as well as traditional multi family and commercial projects, including a successful regeneration of a cork street site for student housing by our subsidiary Greenharts Properties Ltd.
