Develevation is the culmination of over fifteen years of web development. It was founded by Jeffrey Sturgis in 2010, with the express intent of providing high quality Internet development solutions for the Kingston & Frontenac region. Jeffrey™s first web page came to life in 1996, which led to a Bachelor™s Degree in Computer Science from Carlton University, and a passion for software development. His professional career began in 2003 at iStorm New Media, a progressive and talented web development firm based in Kingston, Ontario. After gaining valuable experience and guidance, he ventured out to create new opportunities in 2008. Internet development is a demanding field, but Jeffrey has proven experience in the following areas; website programming, database design, email marketing, systems administration, graphic design, Internet marketing, writing and mobile app development. Through strong connections and partnerships in Kingston, Jeffrey has built Develevation to be a catch-all solution for those needing Web Development.
