Devana Bootcamp is an educational program to sponsor Serbian students majoring in disciplines related to technology. Devana Bootcamp enhances students' employability by offering training in skills not usually taught in academic classes, including Entrepreneurship, UI/UX design, Customer Acquisition Front-end and Back-end web development. This student program supports open source initiatives and its members are required to be regular contributors to some open source initiative. The program was started by Devana Technologies and its delegates are actively mentored by Devana employees.
