DevaCell is rapidly advancing a pipeline of therapeutic product candidates based on a proprietary synthetic vector engineering platform technology. Based on the transformative and proprietary ONCoat, nanoparticle-based synthetic vector platform technology, the company's lead therapeutic program is a synthetic vector based oncolytic cancer immunotherapy with multiple transgene payloads encoded into an engineered, adenovirus (Ad5) backbone, targeting solid tumors. The program is currently transitioning to IND-enabling studies, with human clinical trials anticipated to launch by year-end 2021.
