Devaalaya started off as Srianjali Townships Pvt Ltd in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh in 1994 by offering world class residential layout projects and expanded its base to Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam before the turn of the century. Across 3 Cities and for 10,000+ Customers in the last 27 years, our projects have consistently generated tremendous returns. Over the years, we have re-branded ourselves as Devaalaya to become the first choice developer for home buyers and other real estate end users. We proudly introduced COMPATIBLE HOMES for the first time in the country, through our current flagship project Dhevasthal in Visakhapatnam, which has been a runaway hit with 90% units sold out before delivery. As we look back at our last 3 decades of existence, we pause for a moment and humbly thank our family of over 10,000 and growing customers for a glorious 3 decades as we meticulously plan and execute the next 3 decades to continue to create Value with Values, both for our customers and the organization.
