Deva Group AB Information

Deva Group is a family company whose mission is to invest in, support and develop small and medium-sized companies in the Swedish manufacturing industry and consulting firms in IT and engineering. The strategy is to be a long-term active owner and to exploit the long industry experience and strong networks that exist in the Deva Group. The goal is to work with the portfolio companies' operational management and staff to create a favorable value growth. Deva was founded in 1999 in Västerås, Sweden by Stelio Demark and Per Vannesjö, both with a long history in ASEA and ABB. The idea was to create a privately owned investment company that primarily would invest in IT, information media and high-tech service companies. Since 2006, the investment direction broadened to also include the Swedish manufacturing industry. Twenty investments have been made since Deva Group was founded. The portfolio currently consists of six companies with combined sales of approximately SEK 485 million and has more than 400 employees.
