Deskeo Information

Founded in 2016 by Frank Zorn and Benjamin Teboul, and backed by Newmark Group, Deskeo has mastered the art of transforming offices into true living spaces. At Deskeo, we support property owners in repositioning and enhancing their assets by creating work environments where design, well-being, and performance intersect. Our flexible, inspiring spaces increase asset attractiveness and value, while delivering a distinctive experience for tenant companies and their teams. Our Design & Build expertise brings together architecture, interior design, furniture, branding, hospitality, and technology solutions to create workspaces that are aesthetic, functional, and sustainable. Designed as genuine living environments, our spaces place people at the heart of the experience, fostering connection, collaboration, and well-being. Our approach is rooted in listening, observation, and strategic guidance — from a building’s relationship with its urban surroundings to the finest details of bespoke furniture design. Each project becomes a thoughtful and sensory creation, where intellectual vision shapes physical space. With nearly 100,000 sqm operated across Paris, the Greater Paris region, and Lyon, Deskeo supports more than 200 companies and 10,000 users, including PlayPlay, Spotify, Van Cleef & Arpels, Diptyque, Decathlon, Caisse des Dépôts, SNCF, Egis, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Icade, and Octopus Energy. We have also delivered emblematic projects such as La Grande Arche, Stripe at Tour Aurore, and The Off — the first Parisian Workclub.
