Built on an ongoing issue with off cut materials, the modulette tile was developed and patented in answer to a frequently asked question, “what can we lay down to cover the cold grey concrete floor on our condo balcony”? With more than 30 year’s experience in the decking industry, we continue to operate as a family business, manufacturing and installing in Canada.
