Design Squads Information

Design Squads embeds senior design squads with US banks and digital product teams. The people on those squads work in your time zone. They are our employees, not contractors. You keep the Head of Design and the directors. The work costs up to 30% less than equivalent US hires. We do this at USAA. Converse has had an embedded retail design team with us for more than four years, across 1,000+ stores globally. We also work with Coca-Cola and Nestlé. We usually start with two or three people, on a live piece of work, in about two weeks. Design Squads is the embedded design-team model built by Hibrids, operating since 2012.
