Design Sojourn Information

Design Sojourn is a Singapore-based Design Thinking and Innovation consultancy and a Leading Social Enterprise recognised by raiSE. We believe design has the power to make people's lives better, and that this power should be accessible to everyone. Since September 2010, we have delivered more than 500 projects, helping organisations innovate through Design Thinking and turn transformative ideas into lasting change. Our work begins with deep ethnographic research and data analytics, and spans business and service innovation, experience design, digital transformation and change management. We work with MNCs, SMEs, government agencies, social service agencies and charities. Notable projects with corporate and public sector clients include building design thinking cultures with NTUC, Far East Organization and Cartier, and innovating customer and brand experiences with HDB, Changi Airport Group, Philips and Dulux. In the social and care sectors, we worked on the human layer of 83 digital transformation projects under the TechBooster Programme with NCSS. We have also redesigned digital operations strategy at WWF, reimagined Family Service Centres with THKMC, delivered a branding and service innovation programme for JiaYou at Chinatown Point with Montfort Care, Yong-en and Fei Yue, fixed booking workflows at Playeum, and managed the human side of digital transformation with Boys' Town. Beyond Singapore, we have worked with USAID and with healthcare providers in Indonesia. We are committed to returning 20% of what we earn to fund our social innovation work, so that social sector organisations receive the same standard of work as our corporate clients. Based in Singapore, we are supported by strategic partners from Singapore and around the world.
