Descon by AR T (Design & Construction by Ankit Rathi and Team) is a corporatized architectural practice registered with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. Descon is also listed under the panel of Consultant for Public Sector projects with the Building and Construction Authority. From its humble beginnings in 2016, it has expanded to a mid size practice with 5 associates and staff. Over the 3 years, NW has been providing a wide range of architectural, design and construction services of different building types. Since inception, the firm has chalked up an impressive and diverse portfolio in the region of Delhi NCR, U.P., Uttrakhand and Haryana. With firm regional exposure and experience in design consultancy and project management, NW is poised to continue providing uncompromising quality design services in the region and beyond.
