Descon operates across engineering, power and chemicals. Descon Engineering, our flagship company, is an international engineering business delivering integrated services to the energy, petrochemical, chemical, cement and infrastructure sectors. Its capabilities span design engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, industrial and turnaround services, and operations and maintenance — all held in-house, enabling turnkey delivery from FEED through to long-term plant operation. Descon Engineering operates in nine countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Azerbaijan, South Africa and Pakistan. Its teams bring together more than 30 nationalities. Its manufacturing facilities produce industrial process equipment to international code. Descon Power Solutions provides operations and maintenance services for thermal and renewable power plants in Pakistan. Descon Oxychem manufactures hydrogen peroxide and allied products for the textile, paper, food, mining, cosmetics and poultry sectors. Safety is the discipline our clients measure us by. Descon holds ISO, ASME and OHSAS certifications alongside its own quality and HSE standards. In 2026 Descon Engineering received a British Safety Council International Safety Award, was shortlisted across three categories at the British Safety Council Awards, and was named a finalist at the IIRSM Risk Excellence Awards.
