Dependable Progress Information

Dependable Progress (DP) is a social enterprise based in Ho Chi Minh City that empowers disadvantaged women with the potential to begin careers as domestic helpers (housekeepers and nannies) for the expatriate community of Ho Chi Minh City. DP staff are trained with a set of standard operating procedures in cleaning and childcare along with the soft skills, English and cultural understanding needed to serve expats. We accomplish this by first identifying qualifying trainees through our NGO network. We then make home visits and interview potential trainees. Qualifying trainees will complete a five to six week course which develops skills needed to perform domestic service catered exclusively to expatriate homes. Finally, we link our trained housekeepers and nannies with foreign born expats in need of domestic help.
