Denya Developers is a real estate development company based in Accra, Ghana that is focused on the residential segment. A subsidiary of the Pragnya Group, the Denya brand brings with it over a decade of significant real estate investment and developer experience. Our projects have included regional head offices for HSBC in India and Sri Lanka, a large IT Tech Park, and over 40 residential and mixed use high rises. The Group is currently working on nine projects on 170 acres of land in seven different cities. We pride ourselves on design and construction knowledge. These skills allow us to deliver homes that are more enjoyable to live in. Our first development in Accra, The Denya, is a ten-story forty-nine unit residential high-rise that will be complete in March, 2018.
