Ben Leitch is an experienced narrow lot design consultant. His philosophy is to provide an excellent service and sound advice without pressure. He will oversee the design and building of your new home from designing the floor plan through to construction, completion and handing you the keys. This includes: Prestart meeting Design plans Approvals, licences and covenants Final plans Contract signing Building and construction. The building of your new home is in safe and trusted hands.
