The Norwegian Documentary Film Festival will be held this year for the fourteenth time. The festival is the largest and oldest documentary film festival in Norway, and took place the first time in 1997. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and beautiful scenery, filmmakers from all around the world meet every spring in Volda, to watch he documentaries and to be inspired by each other’s work. Volunteer students at the university college is the driving force behind the festival, with the help from sponsors and local forces.
