DELEUM Information

The history of Deleum Group’s participation in the oil and gas industry dates back to year 1982, where its wholly-owned subsidiary Deleum Services Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Delcom Services Sdn. Bhd.) established itself as a service company in the Malaysian oil and gas industry. In November 2005, Deleum Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated. Subsequently in 2006, it was converted to a public limited company and assumed its present name of Deleum Berhad. On 1 June 2007, Deleum Berhad, an investment holding company, was listed on the Main Board (now Main Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Deleum Berhad is an investment holding company and through its subsidiaries, provides a diverse range of supporting specialised products and services to the oil and gas industry, particularly in the exploration and production sector.
