In marketing strategy, we focus on the company's external and internal marketing. It is important for a company to have the right image and relationship with their customers but it is also just as important for the company to understand their customers and how to adapt to their demands. We aid in digital marketing, CRM management, and overall strategy of the business. In process improvement, we focus on mapping out the business model, identify the pain points, and implementing solutions. A business can have great people and a great product but it needs a great process to be successful. Utilizing lean six sigma techniques as well we tradition models for the industry, we innovate to give your process the edge. In diversity procurement, we focus on connecting our clients with the vast opportunities within supplier diversity. We review a companies profile and educated them on all the certifications they can qualify for and how they can help secure contracts with the public and private sector. We then help complete the application process for the certifications and have our clients gain all the certifications they need to be competitive in the procurement sector. We focus on city and state minority (MBE), women (WBE), small business (SBE), and historically underutilized (HUB) certification. In business regulation, we assist in navigating business licenses and permits, filing the documents, and managing these documents. The permit process can be strenuous therefore we aid businesses so they are compliant with City, County, State, & Federal laws. Everything from name filings to health inspections to importing rare elements, we help in the process.
