Our expertise and guidance is available to real estate investors, landlords, property management personnel, and rehabbers who are or hope to be engaged in the residential and commercial real estate investment business. As facilitators and educators we encourage our investors to achieve high standards in the development and maintenance of their properties. Our organization has available the support and guidance of an in-house attorney for legal concerns.
