The Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) is a federal grant program led by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to help states develop their research capabilities and institutions. Our partner institutions include the University of Delaware, Delaware State University, Delaware Technical Community College, Goldey-Beacom College and Wilmington University.
