Studio X is a multi-purpose production facility that features a professional recording studio and stage for record production, video and performance capture. Our mission is to provide our community with a unique sonic and visual space and the technology they need to create. Studio A is our big room and provides an early 1900s church aesthetic and sound. The control room was built into the original second story choir loft and overlooks the studio. Connected to the control room is an additional isolation room with views of the studio below. Studio A is ideal for orchestral tracking, big drums, film & performance capture.

Rehearse, produce, or record at our 1.5 acre studio facility in West Oakland, CA. Soundwave Studios has been operating in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years, providing hourly, daily, & monthly studio rentals with microphones and PA systems included, and additional on side rental equipment from sets to bass and guitar amps, to green screen and lighting equipment. We also offer spaces for for film and video projects, as well as gatherings, events, and other creative uses. 24 Hour Keycard Access, Free High Speed Internet, Street Level Loading, Security Cameras, Co Working and Outdoor common areas. Congrats on taking the next step in learning how to dance! Dance is a great form of exercise, is a social activity, excellent for creating strength and balance in the body, stimulates the mind, and most of all is fun! I have been teaching ballroom since 1993 and am a USTA, NDCA and NADTA Professional certified as Highly Commended by the United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (USISTD) and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD). I formerly competed in 9 dance American Style and continue to do performances. My specialty is introducing beginning students to ballroom dance and am available for private and group lessons. I regularly teach American and International styles as well as train new teacher candidates for USISTD and ISTD exams. I also continue to take lessons and coaching on a weekly basis and have always believed one should never stop learning. So I have made it a point to continue my learning and stay on top of the current trends and techniques. Most of my teaching is done through East Towne Ballrooms, Topline Studio, Wauwatosa Lions Club, Wisconsin Athletic Club and area community centers and groups but I am also available for private and group lessons that you may want to set up for your own event.
