Genom vårt samarbete med Tim Bergling Foundation så arbetar vi för att bidra till ett aktivt stöd till ungdomar som inte mår bra. Vi har även ett tydligt uppdrag att öka fokus på psykisk hälsa internt vilket vi gör genom utbildningar, föreläsningar och andra stödfunktioner för våra medarbetare, så som annonyma, kostnadsfria psykologsamtal för den som har behov av samtalsstöd. Det är viktigt för oss att vara en bra arbetsgivare och att erbjuda våra medarbetare en sund arbetsplats med goda karriärmöjligheter. Det är inte bara BAUHAUS eller ungdomar som bygger Sverige.
