Decade 1 Information

Decade 1 is a nonprofit community of young professionals in Southern California dedicated to developing the next generation of financially literate leaders. Through our financial literacy curriculum, mentorship, professional engagement, and philanthropy, we equip young professionals and recent graduates with practical knowledge, tools, and resources to make informed financial decisions, build strong foundations, and navigate the early stages of their careers. We also support nonprofit organizations that expand educational and career opportunities for students and emerging professionals. By bringing together service-minded individuals, community leaders, and industry professionals, Decade 1 creates opportunities to learn, connect, and give back.
