Deca Design is a mechanical engineering studio based in Belluno, Italy, specialised in the design of special and automated machinery, large-scale equipment and structures for the energy, hydroelectric, subsea and industrial sectors. Over thirty years, we have built our expertise on complex international projects where technical precision and engineering rigour are non-negotiable. In 2023, we founded Deca Innovation, the manufacturing branch where our designs become tangible machinery and technologies. In the same year, we joined Consorzio Hydra, a network of specialised companies providing integrated solutions for the management of dams, reservoirs and complex aquatic environments. In 2024 we also expanded into the Motorsport sector through our collaboration with Boscoscuro and Team Speed RS, designing frames and components for Moto2 competition motorcycles. We offer structured onboarding programmes for mechanical engineers seeking to work on international projects in technically demanding fields.
