With decades of experience in both the public and private sectors our founders noticed that there was a gap in the market for a holistic approach to business and digital transformation. Agnostic of any solution our consultants have experience in strategy, enterprise (technical and business) architecture and programme delivery. Agile and lean are the key to operating in a digital age and DEC has been built on the same principle. With access to industry experts and highly skilled professionals across the full end to end transformation cycle, DEC can scale to the size of any requirement. We are geared towards fast paced delivery but are aware that transformation takes time both culturally and financially so we can move at your pace.
