DCI is a debt collection agency collecting on past due amounts. We reach clients by phone or by email and try to provide the best way for them to pay off their debt they owe. Some of those ways include 10% discount for full pay off or a payment plan. If funds are not collected or no attempt to pay off the debt, we report to the credit bureaus, which will have a negative impact on their credit report.
