John Tammaro founded Debt Management, Inc. (DMI) d/b/a Capital Recovery Systems in 2000. He felt DMI could offer its clients better customer service and better performance than other area collection agencies. Today, almost 14 years since its creation, DMI locally employs more two dozen people, serves more than 2,500 clients, has a debt purchasing division and a small outsourcing agency network. While our growth has been extraordinary, we keep our growth rate to a comfortable and more importantly, manageable level. Our growth has not sacrificed the foundation and ideals under which DMI was created and has thrived. Recently Debt Management, Inc. d/b/a Capital Recovery Systems (DMI) opened its new location in Milford, MA. DMI prides its reputation on the service we provide to all our clients large and small. From the multi-site corporation, to the sole proprietorship, our mission statement states “DMI is dedicated to providing accurate, efficient, confidential and reliable service by increasing revenues, providing overall client satisfaction and reducing costs”. We work with our clients regarding account receivables, client retention and asset recovery. We handle not only Massachusetts, but also all of New England.
