Students of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Sarajevo in Bosnia create IT products such as websites, apps and process applications for small and medium-sized companies in Germany. They are paid for this service and can independently tackle the financial difficulties associated with tuition and the lack of job opportunities in their home country. The advantage for the German clients lies in the low hourly rates, which are calculated for the services compared to German developer companies. This creates a win-win situation in which the primary goal of this Enactus project is to give jobs to the student programmers and to help them organize and run the business.
